Employment Immigration
The Immigration and Nationality Act provides a yearly minimum of 140,000 employment-based immigrant visas which are divided into five preference categories. They may require a labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the filing of a petition with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS). Different visa categories are created for different purposes depending on the skills of the worker.

  • Labor Certification and PERM
  • H-1B, H-2B Work Visa
  • B-1 Business Visa
  • L-1 Intracompany Transferee Visas
  • Green Card
Family Based Immigration
The Immigration and Nationality Act allows foreign citizens to immigrate to the U.S. and obtain their green card based on their family relationship to a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Immediate Relatives of US citizens (spouses, parents and children under 21) immigrate without lengthy waiting periods.
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Consular Processing of Petitions
  • Family Based Immigrant Visa
  • K1 Fiancé(e) Visa
  • Green Card
Self Sponsored Immigration
There are several types of visas available that allow for self sponsorship, including persons with extraordinary ability, asylum seekers, and battered spouses and children. We are experienced in assisting self-sponsering aliens with both immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

Student Visas
The Immigration and Nationality Act provides two nonimmigrant visa categories for persons wishing to study in the United States. The "F" visa is reserved for nonimmigrants wishing to pursue academic studies and/or language training programs, and the "M" visa is reserved for nonimmigrants wishing to pursue nonacademic or vocational studies.

Investment Visas
  • Visas for Treaty Traders and Investors (E-1/E-2 Visas)
These visas allow foreign investors and traders and their employees to manage their businesses in the U.S. if their home country has a commercial treaty with the U.S. conferring visa eligibility.
  • Immigrant Visas for Investors (EB-5 Visas)
Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is conferred upon a permanent resident or green card holder. We can help you through the naturalization process to become a U.S. citizen as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
  • Naturalization Applications
  • Citizenship Certificates
  • Child Citizenship Issues
  • Complex Naturalization Cases (criminal records, waivers)
Asylum & Refugee Status
Individuals being persecuted in their home countries may apply for asylum, refugee status, or temporary protected status in the United States.
  • Affirmative Asylum Applications
  • Temporary Protected Status Applications
  • FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) Requests
  • Statements, Affidavits, Declarations and Appeals
Adjustment of Status
Adjustment of status ("AOS") is a procedure that allows an eligible applicant to become a lawful permanent resident of the United States without having to go abroad and apply for an immigrant visa. Another alternative to AOS is Consular Processing.
